This past fire season was devastating to Camarillo, Malibu and Thousand Oaks. We had one of the worse fire seasons in history. The many years of drought in Souther California, high winds and a few mistakes by what some say was the power company and we had a disaster in our hands. Camarillo residents dealt with air quality issues as well as our local mountains on fire. The fires got so close to Santa Rosa road and Upland that many residents voluntarily evacuated. We pray and home for a quick recovery for all of those that lost their homes. Thank God we did not have loss of lives.
